The note states that Ms. belongs to the church of ʾAdd Qʷälqʷal Qǝddus Giyorgis and mentions Tasfā Ḥawāryāt as the commissioner of the Ms. and ʾEwosṭatiwos as the qes gabaz.

The Ms. has been badly damaged by humidity. Both boards are missing. A few fols. at the beginning and possibly in Text VII are missing. ff. 1-7 are severely damaged. check the viewer219 is misplaced. It should follow check the viewer217 . Some quires are repaired with stitches (e.g., XXVII, XXVIII). Tears carefully amended on check the viewer116 , 118, 148.
