The mention of Za-Manfas Qǝddus (daǧǧāzmāč Subagadis, 1770-1831) hints that the Ms. was written not later than in early 19th cent.Provenance
The names of the original donors have been erased from the supplication formulas on many fols. (e.g., check the viewer29r , 43rb, 53rb, 56rb, 74vb, 82va, 83ra); but the names Walatta Ṗāwlos, Misaʾel, Fǝśśǝḥa Giyorgis and Walatta Kiros have still been preserved on some, e.g. check the viewer101rb , 101vb, 102vb, 103vb, 108vb. The name of Za-Manfas Qǝddus (the baptismal name of ? Subagadis, 1770-1831) has been inserted over erasures, in a secondary hand. Däğğazmač Subagadis has been mentioned as the donor also in Additio 3.
