The Ms. is resewn. The front board is cracked. There are two holes of a considerable size in the back board. The bottom margin of check the viewer68-79 is damaged. Tears are carefully amended on check the viewer58 , 61, 76, 78.

Small holes are visible on the spine folds of the quires, one close to the head and one close to the tail of the codex.
