The back board is missing. The overback is partly torn off. The sewing is damaged, strengthened by recent threads. ff. in quire I have a hole near the inner margin. Some fols. are affected by water. ff. 1_22 and 20r-21v (quire IV) are misplaced. Cuts and holes are carefully amended on check the viewer28 , 32, 35, 38, 83, 98, 100.

Two wooden boards (the back board is missing; the front board is cracked) covered with dark brown leather (quarter cover). Two pairs of sewing stations.
