Incipit ( ):
Explicit ( ):
The text of the Vita has some characteristics of the so-called "Ḥayq recension" of Gadla Takla Hāymānot. Cp. Mss. EMML 1834 (EMML V, 310-14); BN, Éth. 342 (GrébGriaule II, 18-20), Ṭānāsee 162 (SixTana III, 202-06). For a (rough) French translation of the text s. J. DUCHESNE-FOURNET, Mission en Éthiopie, 1901-1903, vol. 1, Paris 1908,340-431. The text of the Miracles basically coincides with that of Ms. Éth. 343 (GrébGriaule II, 21-25); miracle 17 is absent from Éth. 343; miracle 18 is identical to miracle 17 of Éth. 343. Decorated quire marks.
