: ዝመጽሐፍ፡ ዘአቡነ፡ ሊባኖስ፡ ዘተመስጥሕ፡ ዘተጽሕፈ፡ በዘመነ፡ ደጃዝማት[sic]፡ ካህሳይ፡ ወቄስ፡ ገበዙኅ፡ አቡነ፡ መሐሬ፡ ክርስቶስ፡ አ፡ ዘአፍአ፡ ሲማግሌሄ[sic]፡ አርዘ፡ ሊባኖስ፡ ወልደ፡ ድንግል፡ ዘሠረቃ፡ ወጽፈሐቃ[sic]፡ ዘአልአላ፡ ወዘተዓገላ፡ ውጉዘ፡ ይኩን፡ በሥልጣነ፡ አብ፡ ወወልድ፡ ወመንፈስ፡ ቅዱስ፡ ለዓለመ፡ ዓለም፡ አሚን፡ ለይኩን። According to the colophon the Ms. belongs to the church of Libānos of Mäsṭǝḥ and was written during the time of daǧǧāzmāč Kaḥsay (possibly a son of daǧǧāzmāč Sabāgādis, 1780/85-1831); when the qes gabaz was ʾabuna Mäḥare Krǝstos and the "outer elder" (ʾafʾa simagǝle) (?) was ʾabuna ʾArzä Libānos Walda Dǝngǝl.

It states that qes gabaz ʾabuna Mäḥare Krǝstos and "outer gabaz" (ʾafʾawi gabaz) ʾabuna ʾArzä Libānos commissioned the Ms. with the money of the church.
