Palaeography
Hand 1
Script: Ethiopic
Early 21st century.
Ink: Black; red (vivid rose).
Rubrication: Divine names; a few lines (alternating with black lines) in the incipit page of Text I and Text II; one or two initial lines of the sections of Text I and Text II; the protagonist names; some other words in Text I1; some words like ሰላም and ስብሐት in Text II; names of the days of the week or their elements; elements of the punctuation signs; Ethiopic numerals or their elements. Rubrication has been carefully executed in the main hand, probably along with the writing of the main text.
Careful, somewhat irregular; by a mediocre scribe.Abbreviations
