The note mentions two churches, Dabra Māryām and Dabra Takla Hāymānot. The latter was established during the gabaz-tenure of priest Gabra ʾƎsṭifānos. The name of the owner of the Ms. is Walda Mikāʾel, and his wife is Walatta Madḫǝn, and his children are Gabra Takla Hāymānot, Ǝgziʾ Haräya, Walatta Gabrǝʾel. The Ms. was bought with the money of the church in the year of John the Evangelist 1936 A.M. (= 1942/43 A.D.).

- Short salām-hymns to St Mary are written in different ink, probably in hand b, in the upper margin on the incipit pages of the monthly readings: , 35r, 87r, 116v, 160v, 192r. The months Gǝnbot () and Ṗagʷǝmen () remain without salām-hymn. - The spaces for the name of the donor are not filled in. However, in some spaces a name was erased: , 52rb, 52vb fols. - Interlinear corrections, especially for hand b: bc, 192rc.

Condition
Two cuts in the spine were carefully repaired. Holes and tears carefully repaired (e.g., check the viewer28 , 64, 67, 82, 99, 101, 103, 111, 121, 134, 134a). check the viewer198 is made of two pieces of parchment. Some remnants of endband-stitches are visible on the spine close to the head of the Ms. The spine cover was torn and repaired.
