Period of Activity
He was an important figure in the early 18th century Gondarine kingdom of Qwaraññā family. He played a major role in Bǝrhān Mogasā↗ 's maternal family's accession to power. In 1731, he was promoted to daǧǧāzmāč role: title Niqolāwos↗ of Sǝmen↗ and Wañata↗ . In the following year, in 1731, he became rās role: title Niqolāwos↗ , and finally, in October 1732 rās bitwaddad role: title Niqolāwos↗ , a position that make him second in power to the regent queen. After his death, this position was overtaken by Bǝrhān Mogasā↗ 's brother, Walda Lǝʿul↗ .
