The front board is missing. The sewing is damaged. The quires are reinforced with parchment guards. Quires III and VI are lose leaves crudely attached to the binding. Some fols. are held together by stitch repairs. The fols. are worn. Some fols. are missing. Some fols. are stained with wax and dirt. A tear is carefully amended on fol. 1.

Small holes are visible in the centre fold of the quires, one close to the head and one close to the tail. The quires are reinforced by parchment guards.
