She who donated it is ʿĀmata Mikāʾel, her father is Walda Kidān, and her mother is Walatta Giyorgis; he who ordered it to be written is ʾabuna Kidāna Māryām and its scribe is ʿAśratä Māryām, and the governor of the country is Tasfā Māryām. He who stole it or erased (its text) shall be excommunicated by the authority of Peter and Paul. Amen. The note mentions the donor, the commissioner, the scribe and the local governor, Tasfā Māryām. -

Condition
The Ms. is worn. Many leaves are stained with dirt and wax, some portions of the text are hardly legible. The Ms. was resewn at least once, but now sewing is missing. check the viewer10 , 31 (possibly also check the viewer12-14 and some other folios containing Texts I-II) have been misplaced. The beginning of Text I and the end of Text II are missing.

Rubrication: Nomina sacra; names of the Patriarch and Metropolitan; names of the donor, her relatives and the commissioner of the Ms. (in supplication formulas); incipits and headings of the texts; directives for the ministers; some of the musical notation signs above the lines; most of the abbreviations; elements of the punctuation signs and Ethiopic numerals. The text in fols. 26r, 32r and the incipits of most Anaphoras are written alternately with red and black lines.
