: ተፈጸመ፡ በስምረተ፡ እግዚአብሔር፡ መጽሐፈ፡ አስሊጥ፡ ዘቤተ፡ ክርስቲያን። በዘመነ፡ ሉቃስ፡ በ፲፻ወ፱፻ወ፲ወ፩፡ ዓመተ፡ ምሕረት። በወርኃ፡ ግንቦት፡ በ፲፮፡ መዓልት፡ በ፳፩፡ ሠርቀ፡ ሌሊት። በአልቦ፡ ጊዜ፡ ተወጥና፡ ወተፈጸመ።
The colophon states that the Ms. has been finished in Gǝnbot 16, 1911 year of mercy (= May 24, 1919 A.D.) , in the time when there was no king in Ethiopia: ba-zamana ʾalbo (nǝguś). The text is called አስሊጥ፡ ʾasliṭ in the colophon.

The Ms. is worn. The sewing has been crudely repaired with synthetic threads. Some fols. are misplaced, some are missing. Many fols. are damaged by water. The red ink is mostly faded.
