Condition
The Ms. shows traces of use. The back board is slightly damaged. The spine cover has been torn off. Many fols. are stained with wax or dirt. Holes or tears amended on check the viewer11 , 21, 31, 77.
Binding
Two wooden boards covered with reddish-brown tooled leather; textile inlays. Two pairs of sewing stations.
Binding decoration
- Small holes are visible on the spine fold of the quires, close to the head and the tail of the codex. - check the viewer76 is made of 3 pieces of parchment, stitched together with the help of a narrow parchment strip (see also fols. 7, 12, 38, 73, which have corners made from a different piece of parchment).
