The names of her parents are mentioned in Additio 1 and are also inserted in the supplication formulas, in the same hand, or interlineally: Walda Ḥawāryāt (check the viewer55rb , 95va, 116ra) and Walatta Rufāʾel (check the viewer86rb , 121va).

The note is written in deep brown ink and states that Mänbärä Śǝllāse donated this book to Mikāʾel Bet Mäkʷaʿ during the tenure of Ṣotä Śǝllāse. Her father Walda Ḥawāryāt and her mother Walatta Rufāʾel are also mentioned. -

Condition
The sewing is partly missing; almost all quires are unbound. The back board is broken and has been repaired with a thread of plastic and metal wire. The Ms. shows traces of intensive use. Many leaves are badly stained with wax and dirt (e.g., check the viewer20v , 26r, 31r, 51r-v). Text is barely legible or illegible on some leaves, e.g., check the viewer27r , 54v, 57ra, 75ra. The Ms. is damaged by rodents in the bottom margin of fols. 1-10; by fire, e.g., on check the viewer32 , 38, 53, 78, with loss of text. Remains of glues are preserved on the inner side of left board. check the viewer131 is a leaf of different size originating from another (somewhat older) Ms. Tears amended on check the viewer95 , 121.
