The Patriarch of Alexandria ( liqa ṗaṗṗasǝnä) ʾabbā Mārqos (in tenure ) and Metropolitan (ṗaṗṗasǝnä) ʾabbā Matewos (in tenure ) and King Yoḥannǝs (r. ) are mentioned in the supplication formulas on check the viewer40rb .Provenance
The name of the original donor has been erased from the supplication formulas and replaced with the names of Walda Mikāʾel, Tasfā Māryām and Walatta Mikāʾel (e.g., check the viewer14vb , 38ra, 52vb), Walda Yoḥannǝs (e.g., check the viewer61vb ), Gabra Ḥǝywat (e.g., check the viewer62ra ), Kǝnfa Mikāʾel (e.g., check the viewer61va ). The first three names are also mentioned in Additiones 1 and 2. All the names have been added by a secondary hand, in vivid scarlet. According to Additio 3, the Ms. was donated by Dāgǝmāwi Za-Manfas Qǝddus and his wife ʾĀmata Dǝngǝl. Dāgǝmāwi Za-Manfas Qǝddus might be identified with the second son of daǧǧāzmāč Sabāgādis (1770-1831), Ḫagos donor (d. 1831). The identification is based on Additiones 1 and 2 in Ms. FBM-002. He also donated Ms. FBM-009.

The note is written in vivid scarlet, but in a finer hand, different from that of Additiones 1-2. It states that the Ms. was donated by Dāgǝmāwi Za-Manfas Qǝddus whose wife is ʾĀmata Dǝngǝl. The note states that the Ms. was donated by Dāgǝmāwi Za-Manfas Qǝddus and his wife ʾĀmata Dǝngǝl. The note is written in the same hand as the donation note in Ms. AMM-001 (s. Additio 2) and, most probably, the donation note in Mss. AMM-005, AMM-006.
