According to the Additiones, the donor was baḥr nagāśi Tawalda Madḫǝn. His name and the name of his wife Walatta Madḫǝn and his daughter Walatta Yoḥannǝs has been added to the supplication formulas.

The leather cover has been cut off from the spine. The sewing is damaged and partly crudely repaired. Cut carefully repaired on check the viewer64 .

Two wooden boards covered with reddish-brown tooled leather (spine is missing); textile inlays. Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes are visible on the spine folds of the quires, close to the head and the tail of the codex.
