ተጽሕፈት፡ ዛቲ፡ መጽሐፍ፡ በ፲ወ፱፻፷፪፡ ዓ፡ ም፡ በዘመነ፡ መንግሥቱ፡ ለንጉሥነ፡ ኃይለ፡ ሥላሴ፡ ወሊቀ፡ ጳጳሳት፡ አባ፡ ባስልዮስ፡ ወብፁዕ፡ ጳጳስነ፡ አባ፡ ዮሐንስ።
The colophon states that the Ms. was written in 1962 A.M (= 1969/1970 A.D.) during the reign of King Ḫāyla Śǝllāse (r. 1930-1975), tenure of Patriarch ʾabbā Bāsǝlyos (1959-70) and Bishop ʾabbā Yoḥannǝs.
