- Numeration of the miracles in Text I is inconsistent: Text I-1 has been treated by the scribe as miracles 1-3, but miracle no. 2 in Text I-2 has been numbered 6 etc. - Text II-3 includes the hymn: ʾƎsaggǝd laki ʾƎsaggǝd laki ʾƎsaggǝd laki (check the viewer19va-20ra ). - Miracles 1-3 and 33 of Text II-4 are not numbered. The boards are missing. The Ms. is severely damaged with water. The sewing is destroyed and has been replaced with a vegetal thread. The Ms. has been resewn with the incorrect order of the quires. Accordingly, many fols. are misplaced, some are missing. Text on many fols. is illegible or barely legible: e.g., check the viewer22va , 23rb, 24vb, 41r, 44v, 61r.
