The parchment cover is partly torn off. Some fols. are stained with water. Holes are amended in fols. 1, 12, 22, 70, 73, 82, 90, 98, 102, 105, 110, 117, 118, 121, 127.
Binding
Two wooden boards (both broken and repaired) covered with parchment (quarter cover). Two pairs of sewing stations.
Binding decoration
Small holes are visible in the centre fold of the quires, one close to the head and one close to the tail of the codex. Turn-ins of the parchment cover are laced with cord.
