Forever and ever, Amen. And its scribe is priest Walda Muse, do not forget (to recite for) me one Pater Noster. Written in the same hand as the main text. It mentions the donors and the scribe.

The front board is cracked and repaired with cords. Sewing threads are partly broken or loosened. check the viewer4v is stained with red ink. Pieces of parchment are cut out from fols. 1, 2, 4 and 5.
Binding
Two wooden boards (re-utilized, made out of box boards). Two pairs of sewing stations.
