The notes are written in a poor hand. The name of the original supplicant has been erased and replaced with that of Gabra ʾIyasus. -
Exhortation to the readers to call the name (of the donor?).

The Ms. has been probably resewn. The spine cover and the inlays are missing. Many fols. are stained with wax and dirt.
Binding
Two wooden boards covered with reddish-brown tooled leather (partly missing). Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes are visible on the spine fold of the quires, two close to the head and two close to the tail of the codex.
