The note is written in the same hand as Additio 3. It presents the history of the collection of chants and gives a detailed list of the contents of the Ms. According to it, the collection, composed by St Yāred, was written down by order of King Särḍä Dǝngǝl (Mäläk Sägäd, r. 1563-97). Also, it mentions 1097 (?) as the year of writing down the collection or a ms. The note resembles the colophon 1 of Ms. DD-015a and has the same incipit. -
Nicene Creed.
Text in Gǝʿǝz
The note is written in the same hand as Additio 2. In col. b l.7, the scribe copied once again a few initial lines of the creed.
