ʿAqbä Mikāʾel is mentioned in the supplication formulas throughout the text; besides, in the conclusion of the entries for the month Miyāzyā, on check the viewer53rc , an invocation mentions the scribe and "ʿAqbä Mikāʾel, the one who caused (the book) be written". In some passages, his name is replaced with the names of Śǝʿǝlä Mikāʾel (esp. check the viewer157rc , l.19) and Kǝnfa Mikāʾel (esp. check the viewer171ra , l.6). Together with ʿAqbä Mikāʾel, "his maid Walatta Māryām" is also mentioned (e.g., check the viewer40ra , l.16, 40va, l.9, 88ra, check the viewer23-24 ).

Condition
The threads of two sewing chains are broken. The leather cover is torn off (remains have been preserved on the inner side of the back board). Cuts carefully amended on check the viewer108 , 47, 122, 123, 161. Stains on check the viewer1r-5v , 39v-40r, 109v-110r, 159v-160r. Little holes on check the viewer16 , 106, 116, 127. check the viewer1r is mutilated.
Binding
Two wooden boards covered with reddish-brown leather (now for the most part missing). Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes are visible on the spine fold of the quires, close to the head and the tail of the codex.
