The name of the original donors have been erased from the supplication formulas but are still visible. The name of Kǝfla ʾIyasus donor in the colophon is written over erasure. His name and those of Sabana Giyorgis, Masqal Kǝbra, his father Nagada ʾIyasus, his mother Walatta Dǝngǝl and his son Qāla Krǝstos, Śāhla Wald and ʾƎḫǝta Rufāʾel are also written over erasures in supplication formulas (e.g., check the viewer35vc , 62vb, 96vb, 131vb, 178vc).

The outer edges of the boards are not covered. Parts of fols. 2 and 3 are cut out. Tears carefully amended on fols. 32, 61, 77.

Two wooden boards covered with reddish-brown tooled leather (half cover). Two pairs of sewing stations.

Two pairs of chains of endband stitches at the spine cover. Quire B is reinforced with a parchment guard.
