Donation note. check the viewer1v : ዝመጽሐፈ፡ ጥምቀት፡ ዘወሀቦ፡ አቶ፡ ተማኑ፡ ወስመ፡ ክርስትናሁ፡ ገብረ፡ መድህን፡ ወስመ፡ አቡሁ፡ ባሕርየ፡ ሥላሴ፡ ዘወሀቦ፡ ለደብረ፡ አቡነ፡ ሊባኖስ፡ ዘአንበሰት፡ ከመ፡ ይኩኖ፡ መርኃ፡ በመንግሥተ፡ ሰማያት፡ ለዓለመ፡ ዓለም፡ አሜን። Written in the main hand. The note mentions the donor, ʾato Tamānu and his baptismal name Gabra Madhǝn. His father Bāḥrǝya Śǝllāse is also mentioned. The note reports also that the Ms. was donated to the church of Dabra ʾAbuna Libānos ʾAnbasat.
