   The note was written the in the year of mercy 187, corresponding to 1534-1535 ^{notBefore: 1534 notAfter: 1535}. Some words are poorly readable. The inventory is followed by a note, partly faded out and partly written in Amharic, mentioning Takla Dǝngǝl and rāyǝs role: title Yoḥannǝs Walda Qanṭorāre . The note refers to a compensation for some assistance granted by Takla Dǝngǝl.

   According to the note, quarrels are punished by whipping 150 times or, alternatively, with a sanction of 3 large golden (coins), whichever the status of the pilgrim is (cp. (a12) ). Those who refuse both sanctions shall be expelled from the monastery. The note was written in the presence of nine pilgrims in the year of mercy 187, corresponding to 1534-1535 ^{notBefore: 1534 notAfter: 1535}.

   The note states that a certain pilgrim called Ḫalib killed a monk, was expelled from the monastery, came back after long time and was banished again.

   The inventory records 28 books on the upper line, then 31 sacerdotal garments, 24 books, 14 crosses, 3 incenses, 3 candlesticks, 12 large garments, and other items (among which ፍላስኮ፡ Italian fiasco), i.e., wine bottle. A separate inventory list records the property of the bishop. The note was drawn in the presence of 13 pilgrims.

   The note records a punishment of whipping 30 times or, alternatively, 5 zuliya, i.e. giulii. The punishment was established by 36 pilgrims. The note also mentions rāyǝs role: title Tawalda Ḥǝśān .

Several individuals are also mentioned: Takla Bǝrhān Walda Qʷayyaṣā ; Śarṣa Māryām , spiritual son of Takla Hāymānot ; Tanśǝʾa Krǝstos , spiritual son of ʾEwosṭātewos .    The note was written in the presence of five pilgrims in the year of mercy 185, year of Matthew, on 25 Maskaram, corresponding to 22 September 1532, at the time of rāyǝs role: title Yoḥannǝs Walda Qanṭorāre . The note assigns to the prior the duty of looking after the commemoration of St Stephen (cp. also Fiaccadori 1989).

    The note states that the rule of Santo Stefano was established by 27 pilgrims along the lines of the rules of the monasteries of Jerusalem↗ and Dabra Qʷǝsqʷām↗ . Those who transgress the rule shall be punished by being whipped 150 times or, alternatively, with a sanction of 3 golden coins.

    Note concerning the theft of a sideboard (ክሬደንሳ፡, i.e. credenza). According to the note, Śarṣa Māryām , spiritual son of Hālelo, accused the deacon ʾabbā role: title Yāʿqob , (spiritual) son of ʾabbā ʾAbsādi of Dabra Māryām to rāyǝs role: title Tǝwkǝlta Māryām . The sideboard was given back in the presence of six pilgrims on the 24th Yakkātit of the year of mercy 181, i.e. 18 February 1529.

    The note concerns the return of a loan (eleven golden coins and a carpet) by a group of pilgrims.
